Not exactly. The portal does not have every single possible part number as there are millions of different possible light color configurations of our Signal Towers. For example, a part such as “LR-502WJBW-RYGBC” can also be configured as “-CBGYR”, or “-GBCRY”, etc. Get the idea? With this particular part there are 120 possible color combinations if you’re not repeating colors or changing options. Therefore, if there is ever any part number that does not come up, hit the red Report an Issue button on any search results page, let us know the part number you are searching for and our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
As a security measure, our system automatically disables accounts every 3 months. Our system does this so users will have to verify their company email to mitigate unauthorized access to privileged information.
On the login page, click on "Request New ID" below the login fields where you enter your "User ID" and "Password". Fill out the form and you will then receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.
At this time, we do not accept EDI transaction.
